In only a few years' time, 40,000 travellers will pass through Gamlestads torg each day. This is where we are building Gothenburg's maybe most commuter-friendly offices in a great location, on the banks of the river Säve (Säveån).
Gamlestads torg, which will be the entrance to the whole neighbourhood, will have 17 floors and be 17,000 square meters in size. It will be available for occupation from the summer of 2018.
Two buildings are planned, a small one which will be filled with culture and services and a larger building for smart and creative workplaces for small, medium and large businesses. With Västtrafik's travel centre on the ground floor, Gamlestads torg will be an important hub for the Gamlestaden of the future.
Gamlestaden is one of Gothenburg's most interesting neighbourhoods. In the next 10 years there will be major changes in the neighbourhood and Platzer owns three of the larger buildings and projects. The neighbourhood will grow and increase in density. More offices and larger commercial and residential areas will be created.
